All of our tours start at our shop, located at 330 South 3rd Street, Brooklyn, NY 1121. We are conveniently located next to four major subway lines, the J,M,Z and L trains.
We try our best to ensure our guests are comfortably fitted to their bicycle and gear, so please try to arrive at least 30-45 minutes before the start of our tour. We will begin promptly at the scheduled time to go over general safety and start the tour!
Pay attention to the weather before you come for the ride and make sure to wear appropriate clothing. We recommend you bring layers, as it can get colder along the waterfront. Our bicycles come with big baskets and we have storage in the shop in case you would prefer not to carry it all with you.
Your payment is fully refundable if you cancel at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance and your payment is 50% refundable if you cancel 48 hours (2 days) in advance. If you have any questions please contact us at email@example.com
Get Up and Ride tours go out in the rain unless it's so stormy that it will hinder your ability to have SO MUCH FUN seeing Brooklyn. Our tours also make frequent stops along the way, so we'll have opportunities to get off the bikes and dry off. Living in Brooklyn has taught us that the weather can change at any minute so we'll make the decision to ride or not at the start time of the tour. Please show up on time and ready to ride! If we decide to cancel we'll give you the option to re-schedule or issue a full refund.
We're more than happy to accommodate a large groups and can offer special discounts for them. Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org today so we can arrange a great tour for you!

No way! Our tours have been designed so that riders of all skill levels can participate. Our tours last 3.5 to 5 hours, and can over a distance of 10-15 miles. We make stops about every 45 minutes to relax, get off your bike and see cool stuff.
We take safety very seriously. We've ridden these streets many times and have selected the safest bike lanes available. We also ride primarily on roads with dedicated bike lanes and require all our guests to wear helmets. That said, we do encounter some traffic, so riders should feel comfortable riding along side cars and trucks. Experience riding in a city is preferred, but not necessary.
Unfortunately on our public tours we are not able to accommodate this request. If you are interested in a shorter tour please inquire about a private tour. Send an e-mail to email@example.com for availability and pricing information.
We ask all of our guests to have flexibility in when a tour is scheduled to end, as there are factors that can extend the length of a tour. Such as a flat tire or just everyone is having too much fun and we lost track of time! Please allow an additional 30-40 minutes at the end of each tour.
Only if you insist! Our guides love what they do, but rent in this city is expensive. Tipping is customary in the U.S. service industry and is an important component of our guides’ compensation.
